This purebred Red Angus cow hails from the great Red Towaw Lakima 76m and if you’re not familiar, it is worth your time to do some light research. We bought this female as part of a bred heifer package from our good friend, Darren Schrag of Lonesome Creek Angus. We really only wanted this cow, but Darren forced us to take a few others. This soft made, sound constructed cow is early in her donor career here at Winter Springs, but we are certain she is going to make a huge impact on our breeding program, as well as anyone else’s who wants to tie on to this red head.

Pays to be Cali came from the very first flush of our Cassie cow. That flush proved to be extremely consistent and produced several females that we have sold private treaty, as well as others that we have retained. Cali is an extremely square made, deep flanked type female that has the running gear most dream of and the neck and head set of a big time show heifer. Her daughters have topped our sale and have sold all over the United States, as well as in Canada.
